<\/a>Gestern schrieb ich vom heute herausgekommenen Firefox 4<\/a>. Mit ihm erscheint Internet Explorer<\/a> 9 f\u00fcr Windows<\/a> 7, Vista und Windows Phone 7<\/a>. Firefox 4 erscheint jedoch f\u00fcr Windows XP,Vista &7 sowie einige Mac OS<\/a> Xe und praktisch jede Linux<\/a> Distribution. F\u00fcr die Linux Distribution Android gibt es auch einen Firefox 4. Codename Fennec.
<\/a>Fennec gibts noch in der Version 1.0 f\u00fcr Maemo<\/a> (Nokia) und alpha 1.1 f\u00fcr Windows Mobile, diese wird aber nicht weitergef\u00fchrt. Das ist der Mobile Firefox<\/a>. Und von dem ist gestern um 11 Uhr abends der Release Candidate erschienen.<\/p>\n

Fennec versucht nicht wie andere Browser diese Cover-Flow artige Tab-Wechsel Strucktur nachzuahmen, sondern setzt auf ein komplett selbstentwickeltes Bedinekonzept. Wenn die Webseite gegen rechts gezogen wird, erscheinen die offenen Tabs, nach links die Symbolleiste mit vor und zur\u00fcck Kn\u00f6pfen. Der nachteil am Firefox ist, dass er Flash nicht unterst\u00fctzt. Es gibt jedoch ein AddOn, mit dem man Seiten, f\u00fcr die man ein App installiert hat mit diesem \u00f6ffnen kann.
Ich habe das Bedienkonzept grunds\u00e4tzlich gern. Mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen.
