Lange dachte ich dar\u00fcber nach, ob es sich lohne ein Sonos System anzuschaffen. Daf\u00fcr sprach wie ausgekl\u00fcgelt das System ist, gerade Sonos<\/a> Connect ist ein wichtiger Teil des ganzen Pakets. Etwas z\u00f6gern liess mich aber der Android Support. Sonos unterst\u00fctzt AirPlay und UPnP<\/a>. Auf Android ist aber diese Tage alles Chromecast. Wobei mein Padfone auch UPnP unterst\u00fctzt, allerdings kann man damit doch den Sound von Google Play Music noch nicht aufs Sonos System zaubern.<\/p>\n

Der Workaround f\u00fcr Android<\/h2>\n

Also eigentlich sind’s zwei. Zum einen habe ich Cast to UPnP, welches eben auch mit Sonos funktioniert, aber einfach noch etwas zu instabil ist. So bricht das Streaming teils zuf\u00e4llig ab. Ich hatte Cast to UPnP schon um auf dem XBMC Google Play Music abspielen zu k\u00f6nnen, habe dann aber auf BubbleUPnP gewechselt, was auch nicht optimal funktioniert.

\nIm Moment nutze ich Macronos. Es stellt lokal eine Chromecast Ger\u00e4t zur Verf\u00fcgung, das mit Google Play Music funktioniert. Zus\u00e4tzlich bringt es Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr Tasker\/Locale\/Llama<\/a>. Also sowieso eine gute Sache.

Darum Sonos und nicht Pure Jongo<\/h2>\n

Mit Jongo<\/a> hat Pure ein Konkurrenzsystem zu Sonos auf den Markt gebracht, dass doch signifikant billiger ist. Vergleichbare Komponenten sind teils \u00fcber 100 (hundert) Franken billiger.<\/p>\n

Doch leider bietet das System auch weniger Liebe zum Detail. F\u00fcr mich der entscheidende Unterschied zwischen Sonos und Pure’s Jongo war die Tatsache, dass man mit dem Sonos Connect auch Audio vom bestehenden System ins Sonos System aufnehmen kann. Die simultane Wiedergabe ist dann zwar weniger optimal, aber mit Pure Jongo geht das gar nicht.<\/p>\n

Wieso ist das toll? So ist der Ton vom TV oder Radio (also einfach all dem was im Wohnzimmer steht) im\u00a0 ganzen Haus: auf dem Balkon oder in der K\u00fcche, wo man es der Mitbewohner halt gerade braucht.<\/p>\n

\"Sonos<\/a><\/p>\n

Zudem haben alle Sonos Komponenten mindestens einen Ethernet Anschluss. Und wenn man den nicht f\u00fcr den Anschluss an einen Switch benutzt, weil man eine Bridge hat, kann man ihn als Internetquelle nutzen. Kleine Details die den Unterschied machen. Und wenn man keine Bridge hat, kann man Sonos Ger\u00e4te \u00fcbrigens auch direkt \u00fcbers W-LAN benutzen, falls man in einem \u00e4lteren Haus ohne Netzwerkanschluss in jedem Raum wohnt. Ein mit Netzwerkkabel verbundenes Sonos Ger\u00e4t ersetzt alternativ die Bridge.<\/p>\n

Aber auch Sonos ist nicht perfekt<\/h2>\n

Zu guter letzt meine schlechteren Erfahrungen mit Sonos bisher: verbinden des Play:3. Der Sonos Play:3 t\u00f6nt zwar unglaublich toll f\u00fcr seine Gr\u00f6sse, aber wehe man trennt ihn mal schnell vom Strom, und schon darf man basteln um ihn wieder ins System aufnehmen zu k\u00f6nnen. Sonos merkt immerhin, dass es diesen Lautsprecher schon mal gesehen hat und benutzt dann wieder dieselben Einstellungen wie zuvor. Aber bis dort muss man mindestens dreimal versuchen den Lautsprecher mit der Bridge (via App) zu verbinden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
