Werbung um Inhalte zu finanzieren ist keine Langzeitl\u00f6sung. Werbung nervt und ist irgendwann langweilig. Egal wie fest sich Anbieter anstrengen die Werbung auf den Konsumenten zu zuschneiden. Ich habe in meinem Beitrag zu Piraterie<\/a> zur Suche nach neuen L\u00f6sungen aufgerufen. Die erste welche ich jetzt gefunden habe ist Subbable<\/a>. Der dienst ist noch brandneu und in der Testphase.<\/p>\n

Der Dienst ist f\u00fcr regelm\u00e4ssigen Content ausgelegt. Podcasts, Comics oder auch YouTube Serien. Im Gegensatz zu bestehenden Diensten, zwingt Subbable die Zuschauer nicht dazu zu zahlen, um den Inhalt zu erhalten. Wer kein Bezahlabo will, kann auch eine einmalige Zahlung t\u00e4tigen.<\/p>\n

Die beiden Erfinder des Dienstes, Hank und John Green haben Gratisabos absichtlich erlaubt. Sie sind sich bewusst, dass man als Jugendlicher nicht einfach so Geld zu Verf\u00fcgung hat, oder dieses im Internet ausgeben kann. Sie verbindlichen dies mit einem Teenager, welcher dank dem Gratisabo Zugang zu einer Physiklernserie erh\u00e4lt. Sp\u00e4ter wird er dann – dank dem Wissen, das er sich mit der Serie angeeignet hat eine Entdeckung machen, welche allen weiterhelfen wird und so auch “bezahlen”.<\/p>\n

Jede Show kann ein monatliches Ziel festlegen, wie viel Geld sie ben\u00f6tigt – \u00e4hnlich wie bei Kickstarter. Von diesem hat man auch das Belohnungssystem abgeschaut. Je nach Summe die man bezahlt, kann man etwas spezielles erhalten. Dabei kann man als monatlicher Abonnent sein Geld aufsparen und so nach einer gewissen Zeit f\u00fcr eine Belohnung einl\u00f6sen.<\/p>\n

Nat\u00fcrlich nimmt die Plattform einen Anteil der Bezahlungen f\u00fcr den Betrieb.\u00a0 Onlineshops und Appstores nehmen normalerweise 30% des Preises f\u00fcr sich. Subbable beh\u00e4lt 5% f\u00fcr den Unterhalt der Webseite. Die Bezahlung ist im Moment nur durch Amazon m\u00f6glich, womit weitere 5% verloren gehen.<\/p>\n

Subbable vertraut auf die Community anstatt auf die Bezahlung durch Werbegiganten. Es macht kleine K\u00fcnstler also unabh\u00e4ngig und zeigt innen, was f\u00fcr eine tolle Community sie haben, oder eben auch nicht. Wer vorher pro Ansicht bezahlt wurde erh\u00e4lt durch Subbable nur von loyalen Fans monatlich Geld.<\/p>\n

Ob die Plattform funktioniert h\u00e4ngt nicht nur davon ab, ob K\u00fcnstler sie adaptieren, sondern auch, ob es gen\u00fcgend Leute die auch bezahlen, wenn es freiwillig ist. Medienh\u00e4user geben ja an, dass reine Bezahlmodelle nicht funktionieren, ich glaube aber, das liegt vor allem daran, dass man im Internet qualitativ besseren Inhalt gratis erh\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
